Shipping Policy
We use standard shipping all over the United States & the rest of the world. For the US, there is a flat shipping rate of $6.50 and for the rest of the world a flat shipping rate of $20. Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, Lavender Hair Products welcomes you to return new products for a full refund to your original method of payment if returned within 7 days of purchase, in most cases. Returns that are made from 8-14 days after purchase are eligible for online credit (if returned to us by mail) or store credit (if returned in-person). In order to complete the return, you must have a proof of purchase.
